I put together and programmed a Adafruit feather M0 with a 3.5" TFT display to use as an internet-connected bedside clock. Initially I had it mounted to a simple stand but it wasn't very attractive so I decided to create a model for a more contained look.
This model consists of two parts. The largest part is the case which is everything except the back. The second part is the back. I used M2.5 nylon screws to attach the TFT display inside the case as well as to attach the back to the case. The screws are about 3.5mm long. The bottom of the case has a very slight bump included to give it slight angle up. There is a “notch” in the back for the charging cable. The edges have a minor fillet applied.
The case was sliced with variable layer height to reduce the time a bit (it does help). I used Prusament Opal Green Glitter filament - partly because I like it but also I think it is a nice mellow color for the bedside that somewhat matches the color of the time display.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
