I was looking for corner brackets and found the great design by 3D Workspace (https://www.printables.com/model/113989-corner-bracket-optimized-for-3d-printing), however it didn't fit the dimensions I was looking for. So I decided to completely overengineer a solution and came up with this parameterizable design.
There are two versions: One for button head and one for countersunk screws. Please shoose according to your use-case
The included Fusion files are a bit of a mess, but the follwoing values can be changed:
For the supplied stls the hole diameter and spacing are given in the file name (M4x20 = hole for M4 screw with a 20mm spacing)
It is possible to print the brackets standing up. However, this creates a structural weakpoint near the screw hole. If you are after maximum strength you will want to print it laying on it's side. It is a bit trickier to print, but all overhangs are <45° so it should be possible with pretty much any printer.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
