Introduction

The original was posted by me at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3368589 but this one is a newer one.

Models

In the folder ‘original’ the files for the original are found. In the folder ‘With OBD opening and cover’ a revised one can be found.

Not sure what you need? 95% of the users are only looking for:

  1. center console for DIY with OBD opening.stl
  2. OBD cover.stl

Printing

Print the center console and cover. Use any layer height you want. You can use PLA, but it could meld in the sun. PETG or ABS would be a better choice.

Use a textured build plate for the best finish. If you have a multi-material/color printer, you can use your favorite slicer to add logos or texts.

Garagedoor remote

I don't have the original remote anymore, so am not sure what the actual model was. I moved the PCB and glued it perpendicular do another piece of PCB. On that PCB I soldered two push buttons (12mm x 12mm, 12V, eg https://www.budgetronics.eu/en/switching/push-switches/big-push-switch/a-17007-10000071).

You can probably use the same tactic for other remote PCBs.

Tire pressure monitor

I used a cheap AliExpress tire pressure display, which is visible in some of the pictures. It's are rectangular one that uses the 12V cigarette/plug socket. I'm not sure if it's still available on AliExpress
