This is a print-in-place foldable, collapsible tenting stand for the ZSA Moonlander keyboard.
It has a tenting angle range of 32–45º, stays attached to the keyboard, and can easily be collapsed flat without disassembly for travel or storage (with enough space for the wrist rest to fold neatly away while staying attached).
When printed in PLA with ~30% infill with 0.2–0.3mm layers, it is more stable, lighter, and more portable than the official ZSA Platform.
Four small screws are required for the mounting holes in the center of each Moonlander half (ZSA specifies these as M2.6x5). A fifth screw hole is provided near the outer edge that reuses one of the existing case screws on the Moonlander.
The underside of the base has four indents for installing rubber non-slip feet (sized to fit these 3M Scotch bumpers); these bridge fine for me but can easily be printed with small supports if needed.
Because this model is quite wide and flat, suggest printing with a small brim to prevent curling at the corners.
While this model is printable-in-place, it does require a build volume that's on the larger side (> 260mm), or you might be able to get away with orienting it diagonally. There's also a version in its “folded” configuration available which will fit on smaller print beds but requires supports (mirror it in your slicer after adding supports to build the left hand side).
Remixes welcome.
