This design is a combination of several influences: averaging multiple extant designs, iterative fit testing to a battery well, and attempting to bring things to metric or inch nominals when that seemed to be Sony's design intent. Radii added to optimize print reliability and speed without compromising fit, and mechanical drawing provided to facilitate use in your own parametric models without querying a .stl.

Design is lightweighted by removal of nonfunctional center region and includes pilot holes for electrical connections.

I recommend wiring by enlarging pilot holes to Ø7/32" accommodate a .110" male spade/faston connector with a copper-only crimp (no insulation-grip) to 20awg TXL wire, jamming the crimped end into the hole (heating with soldering iron helps) and gluing the flat of the connector to the side of the recess.

Prints best with locking lug side down on the build plate.
0.6mm nozzle and .2mm layers works fine; probably works as course as 1mm x .3mm or so but that has not been tested.

Design note: omits the side notched located between the locking lugs (IE includes only the locking lugs and the electrical pin recesses) as my wells did not have any feature that would require that notch—or allow me to verify the notch geometry.

License note: In writing, drawing from multiple sources and mixing with this degree of one's own work would grant an original copyright; if that holds here, I waive any copyright and release this model into the public domain. If that analysis does not hold here; I release the design into the public domain to the degree allowed by law; the click-retention feature (rectangular hole), center hole, electrical recess and connection scheme, and lug radii are my own work (not present in referenced works); works referenced for the initial average lug dimensions used to start the fit testing, and their licenses:
