I converted my Ender 5 Plus Extruder to a Biqu H2 direct drive. I wanted a way to have the filament feed from the top instead of through a bowden tube. I created an offset mount that can hold any filament up to 5kg. I wasn't sure how the filament routing would work but I also took some extra bowden tubing and zip-tied it to the wires going to the extruder. This created a guide for the filament and it actually works fine.

I designed this around these bearings: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07BN3X9BY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 which I already had around. You will also need a 12inch x 3/4inch threaded rod, two 3/4inch washers, and four 3/4inch nuts. You will need to print (2) of the Offset Spool Holder Brackets as well as (2) Bushings and (2) Bearing Holders.

install the offset mounts on the rear frame of the printer. Use some 1/4inch screws to self-thread and tighten to the frame. You only need the screws on the front of the brackets. The bearings should just fit in the bearing holders and then insert the bushing. Slide Bearing Holder, the bearing and bushing onto the threaded rod followed by a washer and nut. Do this on both sides and try to center everything and then hand-tighten. Place on brackets and hand-tighten nuts against the outside of the bracket. Don't overtighten as that will negate the bearings and will act as a brake.
