Order number tent from your favorite southern USA fast food restaurant. Just print it flat. Take something straight that is safe to be around heat like maybe your print bed surface or a metal ruler…. Heat the printed model with a heat gun or hair dryer and bend it perpendicular over the thin edge being careful not to warp it too badly or break it. It's a fairly quick print and not a lot of plastic so print multiples if you need to.
Printed with a .4mm nozzle with .2mm layer height. Two color changes orange/white/orange. The orange filament I used is Inland PLA+ orange and is pretty close to the original.
I chose a few numbers I assumed folks would want, but I also have a blank if you want to choose your own number. You can work it up in Tinkercad or 3d model software.
The number and outside border is at 1.6mm layer height and is 0.6mm tall (3 layers). The length should be about ~20-25mm and the width should be no more than ~50mm to stay inside the border ring. Use your imagination and post your makes.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
