Asrock Deskmini (X300, A300, H110, etc) hat to install full-height (25mm) 120mm fan for better and quieter cooling.

Compared to V1, hat gained 10mm but fan can be fully inserted, no side cuts to eliminate air leaks.

Attention: Necessity of irreversible case modification.

Case mod described at : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5533131 holes are not at the same place

Fan compatibility tested:

Noctua NF-A12x25 - compatible Noctua NF-A12x15 - incompatible (larger plastic shell compared to 25mm thick fan). Furniture:

screws and nuts 3mm x4

Notes:

Shell 3 layers tick.
Does not need support, place top cover down for printing without support main shells.

Add supports for screw holes only.

Air duct printed without any supports (larger side to print plate).

Post-Printing

Hols are moved compared to V1 to allow closed shell. I placed rubber bands (from old bicycle tube) to elimanate air leaks, works great.
