1. For bigger tweezers (including reversed tweezers) for 20mm modules. Original tweezer divider allows tweezers to be inserted with tips down. This way you do not see the type of the tweezers. Re-designed version allows to put tweezers with tips up which I think a bit more convenient… 
2. Another shelf just for any other non-standard stuff like pens, knives or anything else you want to store in this organizer. Designed for 40mm modules

Both can be used as top or bottom insert.
