Yet another Bambu AMS desiccant tray

Yet another one of these - why?!

I thought the original was well drawn but there were a few things I wanted to change.

1 - Make the walls a little beefier, 2mm thick

2 - Have the lid lock in place without a rubber band.  None of the remixes seem to do this well

3 - Illustrate a cool trick you can do with infill

I took the external dimensions from the original design and made it beefier so that it doesn't flex so much.  

I added some better snap-ins so that the lid locks in place.  You can remove it, but it won't pop-off accidentally and you don't need a rubber band.

The model faces look solid.  You use a trick with infill to create the mesh so that air can move through it.  This is so much better than trying to design a mesh.  Let the slicer do it and use less filament and print faster!

Print Settings:

Layer Height: 0.12 (this makes it look better and makes the snap-in pieces more accurate for a better lock.

0 top and bottom layers (this is the infill trick)

20% infill using 3D honeycomb.  This is the cool part, experiment with different percentages and patterns to find one that you like.

ideally you would print this in nylon or polycarbonate or ABS so that it can go right into the dehydrator without needing to take out the silica.
