I bought a Logitech C270 webcam to monitor my printer but it is designed to mount to a monitor/laptop and not a 3D printer so I took it apart, took the board out and made my own mount for it.
I made a bunch of different versions and different length links I only used one style but I figured I might as well make it useful for others.
Instructions:
Take apart the camera, mount the circuit board to the new body with the two screws that held it down in the last mount, glue on the back.
For the screws holding the links I used #60-32 screws I picked up from the hardware store, I recommend getting nylon insert lock nuts, I didn't and every time I adjust it the screws loosen, definitely on the agenda for the next hardware store trip.
You don't need the links, they are used to extend or add manuverabilty, technically you just need a mount and the body/back.
I may redesign the back to take screws, I couldn't remember how much room there was in the corners but I just took it out of the v1 mount I made a long time ago and there is room for it, add it to the "One day" list.
I made it out of black PLA, 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height.
