PDF

A gridfinity baseplate and bins for Systainer Mini. The baseplate is split in two parts, so you can print it on a standard (prusa) buildplate or even on Prusa Mini. :-)

You can choose between a grid-variant with or without magnets.
The bins also come in these two variants. Please note, that the only difference of the bin-versions is the hight. Bins for the grid without magnets are 45 mm tall, the ones for the grid with magnets 42,75 mm (The magnet-version of the grid is 2.25 mm taller, which subtracts from the bins.
All bins have holes in the bottom and you can add them if you want.

The hight of the bins is designed to fit just in with the original “EPP” lid insert. That's the hard styrofoam one, not the spongy one (might also work but not tested), see the pictures. ( https://shop.systainer.com/de/deckeleinlage-epp/80101910

The bins hold well in their position when the systainer is closed. You can store and transport small parts like screws securely.

If you want to add lids for labeling to the bins, use these. They're not increasing the hight of the bins. https://www.printables.com/de/model/470568-gridfinity-removable-label-lid-1-4-bin-wide-for-91

Printing recommendation for grids:
While printing  A LOT of grids recently, I noticed printing the very small infill parts can cause heat creep. Not sure why, but I had several problems with this.
My solution is increasing the perimeters to 4 (wiht 0.4 nozzle), so there is only infill at the larger parts, not the long thin ones. This worked good for me.
