Glue together bottom and reeds, off setting the reeds by a few degrees no need to be precise you want the randomness, into a stack and insert into the tube then add pebbles rice or small ball bearings and glue top on. Everything is sealed you should get a rain like sound when its turned over.

doesnt matter what your settings are as long as you can print thin flat pieces for the reeds.
