A cap for PVC conduit boxes with exposed wire.
When I installed my Starlink dish, I needed a way to bring both the dish and grounding cables into PVC electrical conduit and allow the ground cable to exit at the bottom.
I filled the cover with electricians putty (and a small amount on the outer rim to make it sticky) and pressed it into place.
