Any fitment issues should be fixable with horizontal expansion.

I made the hole end as close to the top as reasonably possible, so you can get a fairly short throw with it. The size works nicely for both H-pattern and sequential.

  • One version is close to the original (older version with slightly worse resolution.
  • One has exposed set screws for easy adjustment (I also think it looks better).
  • One is a test print to check your fitment. It can receive a 24mm wrench if you really want to wreck it.

Lines: 0.6mm*0.15mm (0.4mm nozzle)

Infill: 12% Cubic

For the one I put on my rig I used adaptive layers to speed up the time between the thread and the top. It went from 0.15mm to 0.3mm layer height.

Don't over tighten it! Putting it on loosely and letting it tighten through use should do the trick. This saves the thread a bit (probably not for left handers...).

Post-Printing

To get a bit of a smoother finish, I used a drill with a countersink bit and an old undershirt to sort of polish it. The heat from the friction helped to melt the plactic smooth.
