Any fitment issues should be fixable with horizontal expansion.
I made the hole end as close to the top as reasonably possible, so you can get a fairly short throw with it. The size works nicely for both H-pattern and sequential.
Lines: 0.6mm*0.15mm (0.4mm nozzle)
Infill: 12% Cubic
For the one I put on my rig I used adaptive layers to speed up the time between the thread and the top. It went from 0.15mm to 0.3mm layer height.
Don't over tighten it! Putting it on loosely and letting it tighten through use should do the trick. This saves the thread a bit (probably not for left handers...).
To get a bit of a smoother finish, I used a drill with a countersink bit and an old undershirt to sort of polish it. The heat from the friction helped to melt the plactic smooth.
