My curious attempt on speedboatrace 3DBenchy - 14 minutes 10 seconds - the white Benchy.
It is printed on my slightly modded Ender 3 pro but all the mods are basicaly not affecting the performace (except cooling which you could easily update too) so this should be obtainable on completely stock Ender 3 pro as well.
I am uploading my fastest profile as 3mf file with all the settings so you can test yourself but at first change to your printer (have a look at my accelerations) as I have KlackEnder with custom start gcode.
Also I give you a 3mf file for 22 minute Benchy with descent quality settings for fast printing that I came with after finding the fastest Benchy - there is ringing of course as I don't have input shaping but it is good for fast draft prints.
If you print your Benchy and see some issues unknown to you, you can upload a photo here in the prints and ask me - I will try to do my best to recognise the potential issue.
CONCLUSION
This is definitely not a speed record and the stock hotend was really having problems to keep up but I was curious what can be done with my setup and I was actually expecting much worse result - this was the minimum time I could get with the setup and Marlin - any more acceleration or speed was getting me shifted layers. It has greatly helped me to know the limits of the machine thanks to which I have made some better faster slicer profiles and helped me adress few issues on my printer.
