This fitting tapers from 45 to 46mm so it should fit anywhere a standard vacuum cuff would, and connect to the CAMLOCK end.   It may be a slightly loose fit depending on the length of taper of your part.   I use a few wraps of PFTE plumbers tape to ensure a perfect fit, but a smear of bathroom silicone will make a permanent connection.

I have printed in PLA 0.2mm QUALITY settings.  The print may seem a little tight when first inserted into the Camlock fitting, that is by design and it will ease after its been worked around a bit.
