The 5 drawer didn’t fit with the lit on my printer’s bed, so I replaced it by a hole. Spoils the look a little with the white bins, but I’ll print some orange ones for the front row at least.
Printed in the cheapest PLA you can buy, sliced in Orca. 0.4 nozzle, 0,3layer height 230°C extruder 65°C bed.

I was looking for a set of drawers that were deep enough to fill in my book case. This did the trick. Thanks! (edited)

The stops are on the same side as the hex grid on the "Linkable gridfinity drawer shell 3x5 hex bot w stops" model. Since the stops should be on the top they should be on opposite sides unless I am missing something. Other than that, this will make for a really nice setup on my homelab workbench.

Every time I need a screw or a nut or whatever type shit it's hell to find in my collection because all this stuff was in one small plastic bag...
Honestly just needed something arranged and organized for my screws, my time, my sanity, whatever you want.
Thankfully, these drawers exist and they are also Gridfinitized!
So after I knew this was the go-to I started printing the bins and after a bit of printing I found this miracle: https://thangs.com/designer/gdie/3d-model/Gridfinity%20parametric%20FreeCAD%20file%20for%20Divider%20Storage%20along%20with%20Divider%20Storage%203x2x5%20%284%20dividers%29-724016
This pretty much saved my butt and allowed me to customize the bins to my needs.
So after maybe a month and probably about a kilo of plastic later I finished the project. Keep in mind I had a good amount of fails, so that's why the kilo plastic.
All and all nice models or should I say nice drawers.
The remix you did was on point, though maybe custom drawer heights too would be really useful. like you have about 50mm height for bins which can be problematic in some cases but the step files are available so not that problematic.
Talking about the step files, much appreciated. saved me some time and effort.
By the way, now I can stack up more drawers with stuff I need to organize which will encourage me lazy fat ass to do more useful organizing with this great storage solution thought by brilliant people.
probably went too far I am not that lazy, ok... just a bit ummmm maybe a lot, sometimes.
Thanks for sharing this remix.

* Maybe from all of this you think I use screws and stuff like that a lot, well that's not the case but when I need some finding it will be a breeze compared to the past.
* In the last photo the bins are too high and cannot be used in this drawer, however they will most likely be used in the next drawer. (edited)

@AndreySnow_2182541 No, but be my guest. I promise you I will be your first/second like.

Thank you for having the step files. I ended up changing many things, but that was just for customization and fitting my needs, and the step files made my life so much easier. I removed the handles so I could add my own, with a reinforcement for them, since the thin walls have been breaking with heavier items in the drawers.

Again thanks for the edits and the steps provided.

@JW452_1743678 In OnShape I would try the Thicken command on the wall of the hole and thicken by 0.1mm. In Fusion I would try Offset Face or Press-Pull on the wall of the hole and distance 3.05mm.
Edit to add: I just updated the parametric OnShape model that I generate these from to include magnet diameter as a configuration option. Too late for you probably, but hopefully helps someone else. (edited)

@cjs_535755 you sir are a gem, thank you, that will help me so much, I have been planing to move to fusion from onshape, just because I feel like it has more features not locked behind the paywall. its nice to know i can do it with either, and that its pretty easy.

Great looking remix, but the drawer for 5 units is a hair too long for a 220mm bed. A handle too long, actually!

I had to slice it off, but I'll add the creator's original screw handle soon.

Still a great looking print though, I've got 3 made up and counting!

@Wufflykins_1765356 that orange and black looks sharp, love the integrated labels

just perfect to keep it all organized

I would like to print a large amount of these, but I'm apprehensive to build a drawer system that doesnt prevent the user from pulling the drawer all the way without tilting upwards. Do you have any idea on how to implement this feature?

@dowhilegeek If you look in the remixes, someone has implemented a version with an end stop.

These drawers are a great solution for keeping stacked Gridfinity boxes while having easy access to everything. Thanks!

The files in the 2x4 STEP folder are wrong, the hex sided cases are 2x5 in size, not 2x4

@Pred_457770 Thanks for pointing that out. I'm in the process of re-uploading a bunch of parts now that I made this a parametric model so it should be fixed momentarily.

Very nice. Thank you. (edited)

@VinceSeneker Looks good! I'm still playing with the tolerance in the connectors, let me know if you have any issues with fit.
