I really liked the original glasses frame by Mitch, but I wanted smaller lenses. I found a cheap frame on zenni that I got the lenses from and was able to retrace the frame in fusion. https://www.zennioptical.com/p/tr-square-eyeglass-frames/20188?skuId=2018818
After getting those lenses to fit, I added some lens retainer clips, smoothed out a lot of the sharp edges, changed the nose pieces and modified the ear pieces to be thinner and fit my head better. Added the bar on top for a little aviator throwback too. I can confirm that these fit me very well, your mileage may vary, but it's a decent starting point for these different lenses. Thanks again to Mitch for the excellent foundation.
Bonus: I included a simple flashlight holder that clips onto the side of the frame, and fits the olight ir2 pro.
Printed with Cura 5.2 on Ender S1 Pro, I used the .2mm layer height as a starting point with PETG. Then I warm the ear pieces and center of frames by holding over soldering iron to put slight bends in them.
