I designed this as a simple helper for my Dremel drill press stand, to help form discs from a square stock.

Take the stock you want to make a disc out of and and mark the center and the radius. Drill a hole in the center and attach it to the plug. I am using the drill I used for drilling the hole here, but you can use anything that fits both holes.

Adjust your rotary tool so that it just barely touches the corners. Rotate your material, move the rotary toll further to the material. Repeat this step until you have the radius of your choice, you might need to push the rotary tool a little bit into the material once it gets round, but does not yet have the reached the proper diameter.

The customizer allows you to customize the size of the inner hole, diameter of the plug and the support on top and the height of both.

The attached STL is an export of the default configuration and should allow a 2mm Drill to fit in the center.

This is basically a remix and simplification of one of my earlier designs, although the earlier one also allows for cutting holes, which this does not.
