Radius gauge 1-20 mm

Update 7.09.2023: uploaded f3d, step and 3mf radius files.

The thickness of each plate is 1.0 mm.
I printed 4 layers with a layer of 0.2 mm (orange), then changed the filament to dark (opaque) and printed the last layer.

Cover base thickness 2mm = 10 layers * 0.2mm (blue). Then change filament and continue printing (orange).

The dimensions of the top and bottom covers are identical to each other.

For assembly, I used intersectional furniture couplers 5*25 mm.
