Ready to get your socks sucked off?
This is a handy dandy, print-it-yourself cyclone!
If you are looking to upgrade your dust collection system, we highly recommend giving this design a test run. It has been designed for maximum airflow through a 4" duct system.
This has been tested under harsh conditions (powder coating area) and performs very well. Will NOT purify the air from any toxins. Just collects larger particles.

Assembly Instructions:
===================
Note: Please make sure to have your superglue ready - it will be used for multiple steps!
1. After all parts have completed printing, remove support from the top piece(STL File:part one).
2. Inspect and file down rough edges along the rim of all the parts (this smoothing will make it easier to slide parts together).
3. Apply superglue to the 4" inlet (STL File:part 4) and insert it into the top piece (STL File:part one).
4. Apply superglue along the seamlines of all parts.
5. Slide the top piece into the mid-section (STL File:part 2).
6. Slide assembly from Step 4 (top piece + mid-section) into the bottom piece.
7. Optional: add top flange (STL File:part 5) to the outlet.
Congratulations! Your brand new cyclone has been assembled and is ready to suck.
