Printed the Top and Bottom Axis parts to maybe replace the orange parts I have on my MK4S. Worked pretty nice! Used Prusa Satin Sheet and Creality Black PETG. 👍

Came into work with a huge blob attached to the nozzle and a broken part cooling fan duct. Quickly printed a replacement from PETG on one of my other MK4S's and got it back up and running pretty quickly.

Because I broke the original fan shroud due to a giant hot ball of PETG, I needed to print off a new one to install. The one on the right is ASA and the one on the left it PCCF; I'll be using the PCCF because it's noticeably more durable and even printed more beautifully.

MK4S orange parts printed in Prusament PC blend. Love them!

Wanted to try printing the PG cover in clear but I didn't do quite the right settings so it didn't work. I also ran out of clear PLA so I will have to buy more sometime before I can try again.
0.2 layer height, PLA, Supports off, brim off

Printed a x axis alignment tool to replace the z axis motor

Printed some spare parts in Atomic PETG just to have as backups. Might reprint some in ASA or PCCF when I pick up more filament. Printed well on the satin sheet after getting the settings dialed in. 90 on the bed and printed at 240 all the way through seemed to be the sweet spot.

Broke a piece during assembly and just printed the replacement part.

PG covers with clear PETG ... think I will try another one without the spacer cut-out, since the molded version doesn't use them.

can you do the fan upgrade with just printed parts?

i feel i only need the fan bracket to upgrade
