Harbor Freight Aluminum Bar Clamp Pad

This clamp pad will fit the Harbor freight aluminum clamps.  It's probably best printed in TPU or some other flexible material although PLA is still probably better than the bare metal.  You will need supports.  It took me a while to dial it in to make the support removable without too much trouble.
