I remixed the original gear and optimized it for my Prusa i3 MK3S printer.
I tweaked the physical size of the hole in the bottom of the gear. This fits nice and snug on my blender. The original part came off too easily.
I have also modified the "hat" on the top. It previously had an overhang. I have just modified it to be filled. It increases strength and still fits the mixer perfectly.

Notes:
I found printing it in PET 0.1mm made a nice strong gear.
I did however find that at about the 75% point there is a possibility the model will break away from the bed. Its right on the limits and will depend on your heat bed stickiness. You could always use a raft to be safe but I fixed this by slowing down the printer to about the 75% mark and it seemed to hold on a bit better.
