about:

This mini vise from ALDI which has many possibilities of tilt and turn is an ideal helper for the electronics workbench. The only thing what was missing where soft jaws and use for holding small PCB's.

So i launched freecad and designed this add-on.

I am sure that there a many identical vises sold before, where the jaws fit too. Mine is the model DT-60

assembly:

The printed jaws rely on the original jaws. For better fixation replace the shipped Phillips screws by 4 Hex Head (Allan Key) screws 4x10mm.

Just slip the jaws over the steel jaws and fix it tight. Every common allan-key should fit in between the two jaws without disassembling the vise. Anyway it's no rocket-science to disassemble this vise ;)

printing:

I recommend a ductile material like CPE 100 from filamentum which is also heat resistant up to 80°C

The stripes on the pictures are made just in time with the M600 command for filament change. I did not owe a multi color printer.
