This is a case for the the FED-202 "Audio indicator kit" (affiliate link :- https://uk.banggood.com/custlink/3vvYnLW5U6 ) which is a basic "VU meter"-type display using coloured LED's to indicate the detected audio level.
This is a fairly basic kit, using easy-to-solder thru-hole components, it is an ideal project for those fairly new to electronics.
I printed these in white PETG which gave a nice "softening" effect to the LEDs, but if you wanted more brightness I'd recommend using transparent filament.
There are no fasteners for the lid, mine printed out with enough of an interference fit to hold it in place, but your printer may fit better/worse, so some slight adjustment to the lid size may be needed in your slicer.
