You can now customize text on any flat or curved surface in the latest Prusa slicer, although it is still pre-formal release. It does work well. So, add your telephone, name, dog's name, and/or your phone number to the tag. For detailed information on how to do this, search for “How to add test to any 3D print with Prusa Slicer by CHEP”
Prusa slicer also allows simple color changes during the print. You can make the tag, paw print and text different colors.
To preclude the need for support on one side, you can indent the side on the platter.
To change the over-all size of the tag, simply scale it in Prusa Slicer. Note that the hole size will change proportionally.
