Handle for Saladmaster Manual Food Processor

The chrome-plated plastic handle on our Saladmaster became brittle and cracked in half, so I designed a replacement part.

Ours is the “V” model and fits these specs:

• Bolt Length: 46.15mm
• Bolt Shaft Diameter < 7mm
• Bolt Head Diameter < 13.25mm

Included is the Autodesk Fusion 360 file, which is parameterized, so you can tweak the bolt measurements to fit your model if it is different.

Note: the bolt is reverse-threaded (on our “V” model, probably the same for others), so righty-loosey/lefty-tighty!
