Shock mount for the blue yeti microphone. Screws into the microphone like the original stand and uses the same screws, so there's no need to go out and buy any. It has a manfrotto 323 compatible quick release plate built in (optionally), but if you want to mount it to a different kind of tripod you will need to modify the included (blender) source file.
You will need a low profile or 90 degree cable to plug it into your computer without interfering with the shock absorption.
Tie the two pieces together by threading an elastic string through the hooks like shown on the pictures. Experiment around with different strings to see which one works best. The string should go through each hook at least 2 times to be stable, but more might be needed depending on what kind of string you use.
I've found the easiest way to do it is by attaching the string to a needle and using that to guide it through the hooks.
