Ender 5 S1 - CR-Touch - Zero Y Offset Mod - Stronger, Longer, Less Meshy

~~Great original model - but I found:

• It was quite easy to break.
• It was slightly shorter than I'd like - it was almost level with the probe when deployed which caused my bed to crash into the nozzle.
• The 3d mesh was a bit borked - it had tangled vertices which I suspect wouldn't have helped it's strength.

I've fixed the mesh, added a little plate to it's “spine” that makes it significantly stronger and more rigid, and made it about 1.5mm longer so there's less change of getting negative offset errors when calibrating Klipper.

The zip contains the blender file if you wish to make further changes.

Updated printer.cfg lines (always best to calibrate your probe offsets after moving it though):
