Micro ATX Test Bench

I did not see any models that were printable in 1 piece that fit on a prusa, so here we are. Use the model if you want, the .f3d file is available but be warned, the workflow is a little bit messy, and i stopped naming the sketches at some point throughout the model

This bench has space for:

  • A Micro-ATX motherboard
  • An SFX sized power supply
  • 1 Dual-Slot GPU
  • Whatever peripherals that can stand outside the model. (An AIO cooler, for instance)

Printing Suggestions

  • No supports needed (bridges are in Y direction, adequately cooled)
  • 2-3 layer Raft (helps control warping on larger prints)
  • 10% infill (its almost entirely wall anyway, the infill doesn't make a huge difference)
  • PETG/ASA (temperature resistance if any meaningful load is applied)

Caveat

I printed my version out of PLA. This model is more of a proof-of-concept. I will not be running any strenuous loads on this PC while it is mounted to this bench, and I have not run any form of temperature stress testing to see how it performs. Please exercise caution.

EDIT: I have now played multiple games of CS:GO at 4k resolution. The GPU mount has held strong. No warping observed.
