Fast Tube - fast to print dice tube with snap-on cap

Simple vase mode dice tube. The cap snaps on and stays there really good. Print in PLA or something more elastic. You probably can print it much faster than I do, but that's just a safe speed. The shape that makes it snap also helps the tube and cap keep the shape. If it's too tight, scale the cap up by a couple percents. I didn't have to, but you can do it if you need.

It comfortably keeps a standard D&D dice set. Cap seems a bit long but that's the shortest I could go to still be comfortably take it off. Tube seems short and dice are sticking out a bit - that's because I wanted as low overall length as possible, to better fit in the gaming boxes etc.
