Remix: SOVOL SV06 PSU case cover for silent 80mm fan and step-down converter (CHENGLIANG P360W24V)

This is a remix of felixna's model with an added slot for the fan's cable as suggested by Thomas Albrecht in the comments of the original model.
The notch is measured from a Noctua Redux fan, but it should be very similar for most fans.

As in the original model, the holes are for M3 heated inserts with 4.6mm outer diameter.
