Beacon 3-in-1 Glue Stand

I use Beacon 3-in-1 craft glue to assemble the handmade boxes I create for my artwork.

It's the best glue I've found – and I've tried a ton of them – for the task of rapidly, strongly, and permanently gluing paper and cardstock without causing a reaction to the paper like swelling.

This glue is viscous; when you get about halfway through the bottle and need to invert it to get the glue out, it takes time. And the bottle's design prevents you from storing it inverted. When I'm assembling 20 or more boxes, waiting for the glue to get to the tip of the nozzle is wasted valuable time. I've tried keeping it on its side, but because the bottle is round, it's not the best solution.

So I designed this super-simple stand to keep the bottle inverted. Nothing special, but it works for me. I hope it works for you, too.
