The 3DO 4K Nozzle Cam has a focus distance of 35mm (edit: apparently it's actually 34.5mm from the back of the cam, and technically adjustable) so this design tries to get the camera positioned as close to that as possible for the best focus.
A straight-on view would have been much easier to design, but it's kind of boring, puts a big blurry bolt in the way, and would have been a larger design and print, so I prefer this angled design with the camera right under the fan but angled right and downward.
In relation to the cooling fan, the camera is angled right 24 degrees, and downward by 16.5 degrees, placing my nozzle almost directly in the center of the top 1/3rd when the camera is in 3840x2160 resolution (16:9 aspect ratio).
There's a small slot running along the fan clip so that the ribbon cable can slip inside to hold and protect it just a little bit.
The distance from the bottom edge of the fan to the bottom of edge of this mount is approximately 17mm, so make sure your nozzle is at least 18mm, preferably 19mm or more below the bottom edge of your fan so the mount won't hit your prints or bed surface!
I designed this while using a Diamondback nozzle, and I don't know how much of a height difference there is vs stock or other nozzles, so please make sure you have room on your printer.
I'm sure I could have found a way to mount it without hot-glue, but I'll save that for a future version.
