A friend had a bit of cardboard taped over the top of his GPS unit to stop the glare from his steeply sloping windscreen.   I figured there had to be a better way!

This cover slips nicely on top of the TomTom device and all buttons and mounts are unchanged.

While I have been experimenting with PETG and high-temp paint, I suspect that in the short term under a steeply sloping windscreen, that is doomed to failure!

I STRONGLY recommend printing in ASA or ABS (or one of the other heat tolerant filaments).

For the best and simplest print, use PrusaSlicer version 2.6 and organic supports.   I've printed the prototype with .2 layer heights in QUALITY mode with 4 perimeters.
