Beer Font Tower (Triple) V1

What is this?

This is a triple beer font/tower for a kegerator. It measures 340x78mm (118mm base), and the mounting holes are 73.5x73.5mm apart. I designed it for a Keg King BC-128 kegerator that came to me wthout a font, however I believe it should suit others.

You will require some additional hardware to assemble this; 6x M5x25 or M6x25 bolts and nuts (to connect the two halves), 4x mounting bolts to attach it to the kegerator (I use stainless steel M5x35 button head screws), 2x M4x20 allen head screws (for the lid), and of course, beer taps! I would also recommend some foam to fill the space around the hoses. It's quite tight to get everything in, and I had to cut the shanks on my generic auto close 90mm shanks.

My example is printed in Overture Black PETG, 0.2mm layers/0.4mm nozzle, 235/60C, 50% IF, 5 walls, 4 layers top/bottom, 100% flow, 35mm/s, supports on, no parts cooling fan, gluestick used, and a magnetic textured PEI sheet. Printer is a E3V2 with Mellow all metal hot end, capricorn tube, and Minimus fan shroud. I recommend ensuring your printer is set up for long, reliable prints - the walls have many small retractions for the infill, and if this is not dialled in you will have issues. Each half is roughly 60 hours with the above settings.
