Really Nice Model...Printed without supports in PLA (Creality Hyper PLA Black and DAGOMA Ocean Blue @220) on the textured Pei sheet.I chose tight tolerance model and everything fits nicely together except i little problem the bits (especially the long ones) so while it fits empty when loaded up its rises above the case and while its still possible to close you have to push it down...that way i marred the body of the Wowstick (brandnew) but he its a tool...Currently reprinted one insert on normal tolerance to see if something changes (ie being able to push the bits further into the insert) but i want the Bits as secure as possible as i printed the case to carry it around.

Very useful! I printed all the inserts in TPU and for the bits-insert I went with the remix linked. In retrospect I wish I had taken a closer look and printed the other insert without drillbits, but not sure if I will reprint just for that. Also maybe would like a little loser grip on the remixed one, but it works so probably won't do that. Either way, very happy with this storage so thank you! Had a bit of a struggle with getting a nice TPU print quality, but it is very functional. :P

New to 3D printing and completely addicted !
I've had my two wow sticks stuck in the brown cardboard box it came in since I bought them. Finally they get the box they deserve!
Thank you very much for sharing.

One place for all the stuff.
Thanks for sharing

I love it. I loathed the garbage cardboard thing my aliexpress-hexagonal-wowstick knockoff came with and was elated to finally get this thing printed. Now finally my collection of rugged cases is complete.

Perfect protection and usability for my wowstick and its components.

Modified both inserts for my own need, but its a great start. Thanks for sharing the step files as well

Prusa Galaxy black PLA for the box and Prusa Chalky blue PETG for the inserts. Original middle fit worked great on MK4. Not too loose, not too tight. Top insert needed a tiny bit of sanding to make it easier to pull out, rest pressed fit quite nicely. (edited)

Quite nice but the hinge broke while screwing in the connector, but its still a fine case! The 3x20 Screws just fit in the hinge. The clips needed longer screws for me! You have to watch out for the orientation of the box, the bits are quite loose in the inserts.

@Keldor_202754 you used a countersunk screw in 3d printed plastic that was not designed to use countersunk screws, that’s why it broke. I agree the bitholders should probably be redesigned, or printed from TPU. A piece of cellulose sponge, foam or felt like in one of the pictures is an easy fix to prevent the bits from falling out. would probably have to make the bit holders have a compliant mechanism, since they’d otherwise vary from too tight to too snug depending on the printer. They're also currently a royal pain to remove from the slots especially the ones near the edges

Made a hex case in fusion360 for it lol. Works great.

Printed with black Bambu ASA, blue Inland ABS and black Overture TPU (for the remixed bit holder).
