Frame measurement: 14" (35.7 cm) square after gluing the 4 parts together. The cutout fits art prints with total measurements of 13" (33.2 cm) square, a 5 mm thick foam core, and a 0.020" (0.508 mm) thick acrylic sheet.
I used Loctite Epoxy Instant-Mix to glue the parts together and Elmer's Carpenter's Color Change Wood Filler to fill in holes and seams. I used small C-Clamps to hold the pieces together.
