Office Door Availability Signs (slimmer, easier access)

I liked the original, but i thought there is room for improvement (at least for my application of it):

This remix features:

-slimmed down signs and base to save some material and time (also it looks less bulky on the office door).

-slightly recessed text and icons on the tiles to reduce surface damage (can now be painted without rubbing off so easily)

-base intendes for 4 tiles (i needed only 4)

-cutout on the bottom of the base (original, slim and slim for 4 tiles) for easier to access the stored tiles

-blank icon tiles so you cann add your custom text to it

-a completely blank tile (i intend to stick postits with custom notes on it)

-4 tiles in german language
