As many Sovol SV06 users my Z-motors mount were not aligned correctly with the Z extrusions, grabbed a shim/support block from here, in order to to install them correctly, I loosened the top bar screws as the bottom ones, and when tightening down the top ones after inserting the shim, this part tilted upwards.
This was causing the top frame not to be at 90º but rather 88º and I really wanted to use the included stoppers and everything square (not to mention the bars will be suffering as well, for sure).
So I thought adding a spacer between the Z-extrusion and the top Z blue mount, that way, i can compensate the height diff and make the top frame perpendicular.
I took some measurements, opened Tinkercad and made this really simple dumb design, fits almost like a glove but maybe some tunings are necessary, added also a version with triangles but my skills in 3D Design are not existent and I think the triangle shapes are not 100% accurate, nevertheless, I didn't try this one as I printed the square ones myself in order to remove them easily.
For me, 0.8mm did the trick with the spacer having a support block that was 12.60mm thick (measured, not just the STL) but this may vary depending on your needs.
Anything I or you can improve, please feel free to share/do it.
Thanks!
