Nomad 3 chip clearing air nozzle

Spindle mounted chip clearing air nozzle for Carbide 3D Nomad 3 CNC routers.  Snug fit over the spindle, locks in using the factory holes on the sides of the spindle.  Slide the nozzle up and down until it is pointing where it is needed and tighten the screws.  ¼" NPT air connection.

Video of nozzle in use.  Went back and forth from leaving it off to turning it on just to see the difference.  I'm only using an air mattress pump for an air source.  We only use this machine for engraving aluminum, so no way for me to test in a milling situation.  Should work well, but will probably benefit from a stronger air supply.

Small tabs in slots are to help stabilize the thin area in the back during printing (top side to print bed), not always necessary so remove if not needed or adjust the print thickness to include the small tabs.
