HAVRAN Foam Dart Blaster

Warning: This blaster is not suitable for small children. All involved should be wearing eye protection at all times when using it. It hits closer to Paintball or Airsoft than to common Nerf blasters.

Havran is a high performance blaster that uses widely available hardware in combination with printed parts and shoots short foam darts available from toy stores. STEP files are available for modification.

Some notable properties and features:

• Uses Worker Talon compatible magazines
• High performance configuration muzzle velocity ~80m/s, ~260fps
• Low performance configuration muzzle velocity ~40m/s, ~130fps
• Linear bearings on priming slide to reduce friction losses
• Rapid tool-less access to spring and plungers for modifying performance
• Trigger lock blocking fire when slide is out of battery
• Barrel threaded into receiver and overall stiff construction
• Prints without supports and practically any cleanup

Print instructions

Print without supports oriented as shown on one of the images. Overhangs, if any, oriented towards the fan if your printer has only one. Tested mostly with 1.5mm thick walls and 15% infill PLA. 

• HP16 Plunger part might require brim.
• HP13 Front grip jaw should have 4mm thick walls

If you want a mirrored variant, you only need to mirror parts HP02 Trigger, HP03 Trigger guard and HP07 Rear sight in the slicer and use HP01v2 Receiver instead of HP01v1 and HP14v2 Ram instead of HP14v1.
