Description

PDF
  • use 20mm diameter PVC pipe (electrical pipe in Europe),
  • cut them at the right dimension for your panel and insert corners, and middle parts.
  • use M6 screws and nuts to fix the corners and the middle parts
  • attach a small rope to keep the foot at the right angle

That's it !

The foot is cut into two pieces so that you can get the classical angles for the different seasons :

  • winter 60°
  • spring and autumn 40°
  • summer 20°

I have printed these parts using PET plastic bottle filament. see here : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4969225

PET is very strong and can handle high temperature. Avoid PLA as a solar panel may heat more than 70°C...
