Door latch for Daikin FVXS

The sliding door latch on a Daikin FVXS floor standing unit broke, so i took some measurements and modeled and printed a replacement part. Uses an M3 captive square nut and m3 socket screw to secure.

There is one for the left side and one for the right hand side.

Insert a square m3 nut in the cap; clean out the hole first to make sure the nut goes in. I used a small allen key to ensure the hole is lined up. Thread a short M3 bolt (6mm or 8mm) in the larger part, hold it in the latch slot with the tab facing towards the unit, then place the cap on top and secure.
