Edit: I made a version for two 4020 fans. You can have a look here: https://www.printables.com/model/1118528-ender-sprite-extruder-air-duct-dual-4020-fan-ender
With most cooling duct, the problem is that you cannot see the nozzles and therefore cannot see the 1st layer well. That's why I decided to create this cooler.
This model is compatible with both the factory heat brake cooling fan or an upgrade to the 4020 fan from JoKr [https://www.printables.com/cs/model/209504-ender-3-s1-hotend-fan-4020-replacement -bracket/files]
Parts:
The model consists of two parts. 1. is the entire cooling part and 2. is the fan holder. The reason for the division is easier printing. The holder (L-shaped) simply slides into the holder at the inlet valves.
What you need:
This model requires 4x 3m screws. 2x with a minimum length of 18 mm (for attaching the fan) and about 6 mm for screwing to the stepper motor (those with the larger head that are used on the extruder fit there, I have two screws left from the modification for cooling the thermal brake for the 4020 fan).
Of course, you also need a 5015 fan for which you resolder the connectors from the factory fan.
Printing:
layer height: 0.2mm
material: PETG
supports: yes - I used organic support but can use normal too.
infill: 15%
*This is my first big project so please bear with some mistakes. If you find any, I would appreciate your feedback.
