Cat & Mouse Wind Spinner Toy

I've always enjoyed watching wind spinners. I liked the idea of "Turbo" mouse running from a cat.

I tried moving the support rod up-wind of the propeller. It should make the weathervane track the wind faster, but I don't know if the lop-sided weight will cause issues.
