@GFM1135_460885 Any USB (Type A) charger or even port on a PC will work.

Great addition to a great printer, spot on with the light link on Amazon. Thank you

Works great. I did not get the exact light from amazon, but it was close. I had to modify the center piece Dremel disk cutting the center sides away for a perfect fit of my defuse. It's all black PLA except for the feet pads, which are TPU. (DO NOT FEED TPU through the AMP; unhook the AMS and hang the roll on the back feeding it directly to the X1. I love the extra light and this is an easy build. You do need some solder skills to unwire the light you buy and run the wires thought the right side lifter.

Fantastic and great support from the creator.

Are those rubber feet suppose to fit inside the indents in the main feet rider? If so, for me, they printed exactly the size of the outside of the feet. They glue on with super glue just fine, but then I wonders why there is an indent in the feet?

@atvking_272675 I've been meaning to get back ad upload the build. How does the camera shield mount? I do not see a clear image of it.

@daveyk021_194528 Sorry, I haven't logged on to Printables in a while. The shield just clips on the end of the factory LED strip that's closest to the camera. I think I might see it installed in your build photos so it seems like you sorted it out. Good job on the build btw!

@atvking_272675 So little of this TPU is going to be used. Do you know of any other printing project that use TPU? Maybe a lot of it?

@daveyk021_194528 I can't really make any suggestions but you could print just about anything you might need/want to be flexible/squishy. I've seen people use it for makeshift gaskets and I've used it as a seal for a DIY electric skateboard battery enclosure.

You need to keep it stored somewhere dry though... As in, in a dry box with desiccant so that it doesn't absorb the moisture from the air as it's very prone to doing that which will lead to stringy if not failed prints. If you haven't already, I recommend getting a filament dryer because damp filament (of all varieties) can really cause headaches, and drying your filament it's a good first step in troubleshooting what might be wrong with a print.

What is the diameter of that ring light? The smallest I can find in the states is 10 inches.

@daveyk021_194528 The diameter of the factory ring light casing is pretty much exactly 6"

@atvking_272675 I have update my post above to show a 6" one I found on Amazon.

This Remix looks great! I love how bright (and cheap) that dollar store LED ring is! If using the AMS power wasn't a requirement for my setup, I'd be tempted to hunt down that LED ring and give this one a go. Cheers!

@T3CHKOMMIE Thanks! I really liked your design and appreciate that you included the step file, otherwise I likely wouldn't have bothered with a remix. You never know what gems you'll find at the dollar store haha (edited)
