I created a small scale NES system in order to serve as a base for my ROB the Robot 3D print.

After doing so I realized that there is currently no mini NES on Printables!! I decided to modify the NES base into an accurate mini NES for people to print.

Instructions:

  1. Print + Paint. I recommend wiping down with IPA, painting with an acrylic primer, and then acrylic color paint. Paint the two smaller pieces in black if you can.
  2. Place a few dots of super glue on the top of the bottom shell. Line up the top shell as best you can and make sure to get it aligned before it dries.
  3. Insert the black rectangular pieces that slide into the front and back of the console. Note that the rear piece is not a perfect cube and must be oriented correctly.
  4. Enjoy!!

Please share your make if you decide to print one!

Also if there is enough interest I am happy to make additional NES accessories or make possible revisions.
